Revenue Memorandum Circular 99 of 2026 repeats the rule that covered taxpayers display the BIR Registration Seal Badge as proof of registration on their websites, marketplace pages and business social media pages. The BIR extended the deadline to 31 Oct 2026. During the extension, no penalty is imposed solely for not displaying the badge.
