No deadline published
No deadline published
Who it covers
Taxpayers in business that invoice through TIMS or eTIMS.
What the sources say
KRA says taxpayers must keep accurate and up to date stock records while using TIMS or eTIMS, covering goods purchased or received, sold, transferred, returned, adjusted or disposed of. KRA's public notice of 7 Sep 2026 says consultative forums with the business community were expected to start in Sep 2026.
What we could not confirm. We found no compliance date in the notice. We list it because the obligation is live and the rules may be tightened. A trade press report says manufacturers asked KRA for clarity. We have not verified that.
