Operators and traders placing cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya and wood products on the EU market or exporting them.
What the sources say
The European Commission page lists the entry into application as: 30 Dec 2026 for large and medium operators; 30 Jun 2027 for micro and small operators; and 30 Dec 2026 for micro and small operators already covered by the EU Timber Regulation. The date was postponed by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650.
